

Arrivals and departures:
We do utmost to ensure that your room or apartment is ready as early as possible, however your accommodation will not be available
before 5 p.m on your day of arrival.

Pets:
Pets are welcome in our hotels and residences. However, for hygienic reasons, they are not permitted in the restaurants, bars and well-being centre.
Apartments:
You have to clean the apartment before leaving. Anyway, we can do it for you in return for which we will invoice the corresponding cleaning supplement. The day of your departure, a mandatory inventory has to be made with our head housekeeper.
In case the housework has not been made correctly, the cleaning supplement will be invoiced to you.
Insurance:
You have the possibility to take out insurance. This insurance will take care of the whole requested fees in case of cancellation.

Garages:
Covered garages are available at an extra charge. The number of places is limited, so advance booking is compulsory and no on-site refunds will be made. Free parking is available nearly.
Damage:
The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repair for any damage caused by the guest.
Visitor tax:
The visitor tax is not included in our prices.
Cost: €1.10 per person per day for guests aged 13 and over.
Methods of payment:
We accept payment in euros in cash or by cheque, credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), "Cheques vacances" or travellers cheques. We do not change foreign currency.
Booking Confirmation & Deposit:
From 4-nights stay:
- At the time of booking: 30% of the total amount is required as deposit.
- At 45 days before the arrival: a second deposit of 30% of the total amount has to be paid.
- Departure day: payment of the balance (40%).
Less than 4-nights stay:
- At the time of booking: 100% of the stay has to be paid.
Internet Booking:
More than 15 days before the arrival:
The booking confirmation & deposit ‘s conditions are applied.
From 15 days before the arrival:
100% of the total amount is required and this whatever is the duration of your stay.
Changes in the Booking:
For any changes in the booking (differed, curtailed booking or early departure), the full amount of the booking made will have to be paid. The change of the dates of stay is considered as a cancellation.
The cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation:
All cancellations have to be notified in writing. The date of receipt counting as the date of cancellation. Cancellation charges are as follows:
From 4-nights stay:
- more than 45 days prior to the arrival: the deposits paid will be kept as compensation.
- from 45 and 16 days prior to the arrival: 60% of the cost of the booking will be invoiced to you.
- from 15 days prior to the arrival or no show: 100 % of the cost of the booking will be invoiced to you.
Less than a 4-nights stay:
Any cancellation will be invoiced for an amount of 100 % of booking made.
Building site :
So, the indoor well-being center has been destroyed and will be cloded for this winter.
Only the outdoor well-being center will be open.
