General terms and conditions
• Arrivals and departures We will do our utmost to ensure that your room or apartment is ready as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your accommodation will be available before 5 p.m. on your arrival day. Your room or apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on your day of departure. • Pets Pets are welcome in our hotels and residences. However, for reasons of hygiene pets are not permitted in the restaurants, bars, swimming pools and Health Clubs. • Apartments Final cleaning of your apartment is your responsibility. The hotelier reserves the right to invoice a supplement after your departure if he deems that the apartment has not been left clean (bins emptied and rubbish taken to the refuse collection point, crockery clean and put away, kitchen clean, etc.). • Damage The hotelier reserves the right to invoice the cost of repairs for any damage caused. • Resort tax Resort tax is not included in our prices. Cost: 1,10 € per person per day for guests aged 13 and over • Methods of payment We accept payments in euros, cash, by cheque, credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), chèques vacances and travellers cheques. We do not exchange currency. • Booking conditions • All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the booking deposit required. This amounts to 30% of the total cost of your booking. • In the event of a differed or curtailed booking or early departure the hotelier must be compensated for the loss incurred: the booking must be paid for in full. • All cancellations must be notified in writing, with the date of receipt counting as the date of cancellation. Cancellation charges are as follows: - Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 80 € booking fee. - Between 30 days and 8 days before arrival: the booking deposit is retained. - 7 days or less before arrival: you will be invoiced for 75% of the cost of your booking. - If you fail to appear at the hotel/apartment on the due date you will be invoced for 100% of the cost of your booking. |
